Background Knowledge: Students already have basic knowledge about animals and their habitats.

Topic: Exploring the Wildlife

Learning Outcomes: By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

1.1 Identify the main points for the topic given.

1.2 Fill the correct answer in the blank lines

1.3 Construct simple and compound sentences using their own idea

and points

Learning Objective: By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

1. Obtain information from texts given and answers the fill in the

blank exercise.

2. Construct simple sentences in group based on their points.

Aims: To make the students aware of the existence of animals and how to construct sentences.

Educational Emphasis: – Thinking Skills

-Multiple Intelligents.

Moral Values: Students are taught to appreciate the existence of animals.

Set Induction

( 10 minutes)

Ask students about which animal do they know.

- What animal you like to the most? Why?

- Do you think the animal is harmful? Why?

1) Teacher will greet the students.

2) Ask questions regarding their favorite animal.

3) What animal they like and why they like it.

4) Teacher will give introduction about the topic and give some explanation about the topic.

Stage 2

( 20 minutes)

Students need to identify harmful and unharmful animals.

1) Teacher will show an animal food chain pyramid using projector to the students.

2) Teacher will explain and introduce about harmful and unharmful animals.

3) Teacher will draw a table in white board containing harmful and unharmful animals.

4) Students need to differentiate between harmful and unharmful animal by writing the name of of the animal in the correct table.

( 20 minutes)

- The teacher will write the point.

- Elaborate the points in complete sentences.

1) Students need to write 5 short sentences based on the points that written down by teacher on whiteboard.
